The Sales Engineer opportunity at SIPOREX offers a strong mix of technical engagement and active client-facing tasks in the construction field. This full-time, on-site position delivers not only a competitive salary, but also substantial sales commissions based on targets and results. Added benefits such as comprehensive medical insurance and a company car (or a generous allowance if you use your own) make this job attractive to experienced professionals.

With a requirement of at least three years of sales experience in engineering or construction, the company values technical expertise and proactive client interaction. A bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering is needed, and candidates with a background in large firm environments are encouraged to apply.

The role is ideal for those seeking professional growth and significant reward for performance, with a compensation package designed to motivate and retain talented sales professionals.

What Does a SIPOREX Sales Engineer Do?

Day-to-day, you will visit engineering offices, construction contractors, agencies, and developers to present and promote SIPOREX’s autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products.

Your job will also involve delivering product catalogs and samples, tracking ongoing projects, and conducting repeated visits for strong relationship building.

You coordinate closely with customers—both distributors and individuals—guiding them through product selection all the way to shipment and installation support.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, collecting feedback, addressing complaints, and ensuring satisfaction through prompt solutions and continuous follow-up.

There is also a need for reporting on market competition, participating in exhibitions and seminars, and collaborating with the company’s sales and engineering teams.

Main Pros of the Role

This role stands out for its above-average commission structure, rewarding high performers who excel in meeting sales targets. The added sales incentives encourage ambitious approaches to business growth.

Medical insurance is provided at the A grade level, supporting professionals with solid protection for themselves and their families. Use of a company car or a significant monthly allowance (SR. 900 to SR. 1500) for your own car boosts mobility and convenience for site visits and meetings.

Potential Cons to Consider

The position is demanding, with frequent project site visits, a focus on direct customer engagement, and responsibility for post-sales support. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Managing multiple projects, customer complaints, and comprehensive sales reporting can be intense, particularly for those transitioning from less demanding sectors or smaller companies.

Our Verdict

SIPOREX’s Sales Engineer position is well-suited for outgoing and technically skilled engineers aiming for strong professional rewards. The compensation, benefits, and incentive packages are genuine draws for those with the drive to succeed in construction sales.

If you are ready for a challenging, target-driven environment with real earning potential, this role provides a pathway for career advancement along with tangible benefits and recognition for your contributions.
