Role Responsibilities
You will be the point of technical contact, supporting pre-sales and post-sales conversations. The job involves presenting solutions, conducting demonstrations, and running technical workshops for partners.
Daily, you will guide users through BIM technology and digital workflows, ensuring successful onboarding and hands-on adoption. Training and troubleshooting are key aspects of the job as well.
This role includes providing expert advice, helping partners and end-users optimise their use of digital construction platforms. You’ll also support their coordination and cloud collaboration tasks.
You will report directly to the Digital Construction Manager and play an influential role across several markets.
Self-motivation and remote work readiness are essential, as is the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and proficiently in English or French.
